Biography

Gregory L. Franken, JD, CPA, an attorney and member at Bever Dye, LC, Attorneys At Law in Wichita, Kansas, began his professional career with the international accounting firm of KPMG, LLP. He practices law in the areas of taxation, exempt organizations, trusts and estates, wills, probate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and business law. While Mr. Franken holds a Kansas CPA certificate, he is not currently licensed to practice as a CPA.

Greg regularly represents clients in tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Kansas Department of Revenue and in the federal and state courts. His representative clients include individuals, charitable organizations, entrepreneurs, cooperatives and closely-held businesses. Greg also represents taxpayers in structuring tax-deferred exchanges of property.

Greg is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, the U.S. Tax Court and the Kansas state courts.
