Biography

Adrien M. Piercy, JD, an associate attorney at Bever Dye, LC, Attorneys At Law in Wichita, Kansas, practices in the areas of estate planning, taxation, trusts and estates, wills, probate, guardianships and conservatorships, business and corporate law, business entity dissolutions and other civil controversies.

Adrien represents clients in tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Kansas Department of Revenue and in federal and state courts. She also represents clients in business controversies, trust and probate controversies before state district courts in Kansas and Missouri. Her representative clients include individuals and closely-held businesses.

Adrien is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and the District of Missouri, the U.S. Tax Court, Kansas state courts and Missouri state courts.
